Qualified candidates will have six to ten years of case management, deposition, motions practice, litigation strategy, and appellate experience. Academically distinguished applicants with superior brief writing and strong oral advocacy skills are sought to assume responsibility for research, analysis, and drafting of motions, briefs and other pleadings on complex, high value cases. District clerkship and/or appellate clerkship preferred. All applicants should have excellent academic credentials and references.
