We are seeking a Client Services Manager (“CSM”) to support the immigration program for designated corporate clients and serve as a liaison between the legal team and corporate human resources and global mobility teams. Duties require a broad knowledge of U.S. employment-based immigration, including nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories. The CSM will communicate extensively with business management, global mobility teams, and human resources personnel as well as foreign nationals on a pro-active basis to support immigration program management, case management, and compliance efforts.
The CSM will collect and maintain immigration documentation; track and manage immigration status expiration dates for a specific foreign national population; obtain necessary employment details and provide information regarding visa categories and requirements to facilitate case preparation; generate monthly and ad hoc reports; conduct database audits and on-site compliance audits; facilitate and support client education and training; and contribute to other projects as necessary. Some services may require on-site support.
Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel and Outlook)
Four-year college degree
Excellent administrative, organizational, writing and communication skills
Business Immigration experience
