Boutique Immigration Practice. We represent leading institutions, primarily in Maryland, with a concentration in healthcare and education. We are seeking experienced paralegals to join our team. The position requires that you work in the office in Baltimore, Maryland. Partial telecommuting schedule may be considered with demonstration of skills, knowledge and abilities.
Position summary: As with any business practice, you would be expected to prepare non-immigrant petitions, labor certifications, immigrant petitions and applications for permanent residency for foreign nationals. You will work with attorneys to manage caseloads from intake through processing and filing. You are expected to identify issues and conduct research to present to attorneys as necessary. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of types of cases, not just one type.
In our practice, you will have substantial client contact and access to attorneys to address questions. Environment: Small office with big firm resources and clients. Teamwork expected and individual contributions rewarded.

Extensive experience handling business related immigration matters. Ability to manage a caseload independently. Commitment to outstanding, individualized customer service and excellent work product. Possess the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.The ideal candidate should have five years business-related immigration experience.
