Murthy Law Firm is seeking an Attorney with 3+ years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and an understanding and knowledge of employment based immigration law and procedures, to represent small and mid-size companies, as well as individuals undergoing the U.S. immigration process. This position includes supervision of paralegals and support staff, and requires an excellent substantive and technical grasp of the NIV process based on experience processing cases including H-1B, L-1 A/B, O-1 and E-1, E-2 and E-3.
Murthy Law Firm is also seeking a Junior Associate Attorney (post bar exam) to train in all aspects of the employment-based immigration case filings for the period of 18 months with consideration for an associate position at the program's conclusion. Duties include management of an extensive case load and working closely with seasoned attorneys in all aspects of the case as required; including communication with clients, research, writing and analysis. A successful candidate will have the ability to work independently, provide detailed research and make timely decisions within sensitive timeframes. This position requires a law degree with a minimum 3.3 GPA, and successful completion of a U.S. Bar Exam.
