Ballard Spahr LLP, a national law firm with more than 500 attorneys in 15 offices, is seeking an Analyst to leverage technology with business processes, systems and analytics. The chosen candidate will provide technical and analytical support to our Attorney Career Advancement department for lawyer recruiting, professional development, evaluation and mentoring programs. This individual will collaborate with the HRIS Manager to evaluate current processes and make recommendations for system improvements and efficiencies; analyze data and develop tools to report on the effectiveness of programs and processes and will work in collaboration with the HRIS team on systems related issues such as installations, maintenance and performance monitoring. The Analyst will be the liaison between Attorney Career Advancement, Human Resources and Information Services departments.
