The Summer Legal Personnel Recruiting Assistant assists in the administration and coordination of the Firm’s recruiting programs and provides daily support to all members of the recruiting team.
This position is located in our New York office and is a seasonal opportunity starting in June/July and lasting through the first week of September.
Specific duties include escorting applicants to and from in-office interviews; printing and organizing resumes; assisting with administrative duties for various recruiting and summer events; filing all recruiting correspondence and assisting with data entry; and other duties, as assigned.
Candidates must possess proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, knowledge of Lotus Notes preferred; an articulate and professional demeanor; strong written and verbal communication skills; an extremely detail-oriented work manner; the ability to organize and prioritize multiple assignments; the ability to work well under pressure and complete assignments in an accurate and timely manner; the ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise a high standard of judgment and discretion. ?Candidates must be willing and able to commit to overtime during peak recruiting season including two Saturdays in August. This position is temporary and candidates must be able to commit to working through the first week of September 2017 (Monday through Friday - 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). ?
