We are a Dallas-based law firm focused exclusively on family-based immigration, deportation defense, and appeals. My firm's core value is excellence. To me, that means being exhaustive in our advocacy, cutting-edge in our strategies, polished in our work product, empathetic with our clients, and willing to take on hard cases. I am looking for an attorney to assist me primarily with removal defense and federal litigation. The job will entail legal research, strategy, courtroom appearances, trial preparation, and briefing.
I would prefer to hire someone with 2-3 years of experience practicing before immigration courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and circuit courts of appeals. More important to me than experience is strength in research, writing, and oral advocacy. I am willing to train and mentor a less experienced attorney that is serious about litigation.
