The Washington office of Hogan Lovells is seeking applicants for a position to support the knowledge management and business development initiatives for the Antitrust Competition and Economic Regulation Group. Our award-winning antitrust practice is one of the largest in the world with a team of more than 130 lawyers spanning 17 countries. Working at the forefront of antitrust enforcement, our lawyers advise on the full range of complex competition matters, and have a proven track record in all aspects of competition law including transactions, investigations and appeals and litigation. The Knowledge Lawyer role includes creating and maintaining model documents and precedents; training and educating lawyers on resources available to them; preparing high quality training materials for internal and external training events and keeping lawyers up to date on market developments. The Knowledge Lawyer will collaborate with firm lawyers, marketing and business development, learning and development, research intelligence and information technology teams.
Candidates must have a J.D. from a U.S. Accredited law school, excellent academic credentials, and a minimum of three years of law firm practice with experience in merger control, litigation, and/or investigations. We seek candidates with a high level of technical competence who have excellent drafting, research, communications and interpersonal skills, who are motivated to work independently and also collaborate as part of our team.
