The Client Intelligence Analyst reports to the Client Intelligence Manager and is based in the firm’s Atlanta, GA office. The Analyst is responsible for researching and profiling clients and matters in the firm’s new experience and expertise management system.
Essential Job Functions:
Researches matters and clients and completes profiles in the experience and expertise management system by utilizing internal and external resources, surveys, internal communications and interviews.
Makes recommendations regarding the configuration of the system and/or processes for experience collection.
Creates matter profiles for legacy experience and expertise for lateral hires.
Validates data flowing into database from other systems and works with the appropriate teams to correct data in the source systems.
Uploads client logos and verifies/researches client terms and permissions.
Drafts matter narratives and client descriptions for internal and marketing use.
Enters and validates matter and client permissions and restrictions.
Creates and tests deal tombstones.
Collaborates with the business development team to identify opportunities for improving data collection processes and automated workflows.
Develops reports in response to complex experience and expertise related requests.
Qualifications and Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree is required.
A minimum of two (2) years relevant experience researching or managing similar types of data. Experience in a law firm or professional services firm is desired. Former paralegal a plus.
Experience working with a broad array of legal practices including transactional, litigation and regulatory is preferred.
Sound business judgment and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Exceptional attention to detail, organizational and communication skills.
Strong project and process management experience.
Highly motivated, persuasive, priority-driven, and collaborative.
Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and perform well under pressure.
