Our Greenville office (one of our founding offices) has an opportunity with growth potential for an experienced senior-level Immigration Attorney to join our expanding practice. This is a unique opportunity for someone to take on a leadership role within the immigration department in Greenville. The immigration practice group employs over 70 immigration attorneys and over 120 paraprofessionals. We are open to Senior Associate, Of Counsel and Shareholder level candidates.
The person in this role will be located in Greenville, South Carolina, a quaint town nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains. Juris Doctor. Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of employment. During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice.
Ideal candidate will have at least 10 to 15 years of business immigration experience and some book of business.
Candidates must possess extensive experience with PERM applications, H-1B, L-1, TN and E visas.
Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced business immigration work environment.
Excellent business, writing, organizational and research skills are required.
