Senior Attorney - Move Your Federal Regulatory Practice to Washington, D.C.

AV-rated, 47-year-old mid-sized law firm with offices in Washington, DC and Anchorage, Alaska is seeking a mid-level to senior-level attorney with a federal regulatory law practice interested in moving to D.C. to join a federal regulatory law practice encompassing matters before federal agencies, litigation in federal courts, and related transactional work. Our practice areas include government contracting, environmental and public lands, telecommunications and energy. Experience in federal regulatory litigation or government advocacy and working with Congress and lobbying executive branch agencies could be a component of the position. Other compatible regulatory practice areas will be considered. DC bar or eligibility to waive into the DC bar is required.
The ideal candidate will have a modest portable practice and desire to expand practice and assist existing firm clients, with two-to-three year track for equity partner consideration.
