Cooley LLP is seeking a Senior Legal Talent Coordinator to join the San Francisco Legal Talent team. The Senior Legal Talent Coordinator will work closely with the Legal Talent Manager and is primarily responsible for coordinating local legal talent efforts, including a heavy emphasis on attorney recruiting. Specific duties include, but are not limited to, coordinating interviews, helping to coordinate the summer associate program, promoting and marketing Cooley with recruiters and law schools, recruiting database data entry and processing new attorney hires. Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in recruiting and a bachelor’s degree is desirable. HR software or Applicant Tracking System experience is preferred, as is law firm experience. Also preferred is a knowledge of current hiring and staffing trends at other law firms. Successful candidates will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a reliable and cooperative manner. Candidates should be poised and self-motivated.
