Ballard Spahr has a terrific opportunity for a hands on collaborative marketing professional to join our marketing team in the Philadelphia office. As part of a small, collective team reporting to the Marketing Technology Manager, this position focuses on the production and project management of all firm-produced digital events, including business development-focused webinars and client training programs. This position will require mastery of technologies utilized in the delivery of digital events as well as the ability to manage and produce the events from start to finish. The Coordinator will work to develop in-depth analytics and reporting related to digital events to allow attorneys and marketing professionals to better formulate business development strategies. In addition, the coordinator will assist with other Marketing Technology related projects as needed.

Requirements include a college degree or technical training with 1-2 years of event management experience, and a general technology aptitude. A general use of Excel and data manipulation, CRM and databases, and excellent research and analytical skills are essential. The right candidate must be detail oriented and organized with the focus to sustain a high level of quality and consistency at all times, have excellent oral and written communications skills, and be able to work in a fast paced environment and multi-task projects Flexibility to work overtime to complete necessary and time sensitive tasks is also required.
