The Law Office of Mark Kinzler, P.C. is a small, fast-paced, client driven immigration law practice seeking an Associate Attorney. This job is a full-time position and candidates must be bilingual (English/Spanish). The Associate Attorney will be responsible for legal representation of immigrants in their immigration cases before the Executive Office for Immigration Review, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the U.S. Department of State, and other branches of government.
Experience & Education:
One to three years experience as an immigration attorney is highly preferred.
Must be currently licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
Conduct initial assessments on immigration cases to determine eligibility for immigration benefits.
Prepare immigration cases and represent clients in a wide variety of immigration related matters including, but not limited to, asylum and other forms of removal defense, family-based immigration, naturalization, VAWA, U visa, etc.
Other duties as assigned.

Position requires some travel to different USCIS offices, immigration courts, and detention centers
