Best Best & Krieger is currently seeking a Level II Support Analyst. This position is primarily responsible for providing technical support to firm employees, clients, and guests with software, hardware, telephones, mobile devices, and audio-video conferencing system needs for Southern California offices (primarily covering San Diego and Irvine offices). The Level II Analyst will diagnose and provide timely solutions for end-users as part of a firm-wide IT Help Desk Team (via phone calls, emails, and in-person requests). It is essential for candidate to deliver a high quality customer experience and clearly communicate solutions in a professional manner. Setup and installation of hardware and software on as needed basis, as well as desk-side assistance and documenting all support-related activities.
