Handling employment-based immigrant (PERM, multinational manager/executive, outstanding researcher, extraordinary ability), nonimmigrant (H, L, TN, E, O), family-based, and naturalization cases. Removal experience a plus.
Other requirements are:
Strong organizational, communication, and writing skills are required
Two or more years of immigration attorney experience strongly preferred.
Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and staff.
Experience in managing a broad caseload in a high paced environment.
Ability to identify legal issues, analyze facts and determine appropriate case strategy.
Contribute to the Firm’s overall initiatives.
Display professionalism, quality service and a “positive” attitude.
