Staff attorney for our Washington, DC office with 3 - 4 years’ experience in employment counseling, negotiating, and litigation to join our highly-regarded Labor & Employment practice. Experience in one or more of following areas is preferred: counseling on general employment issues (FLSA, FMLA, discrimination); noncompetition and trade secrets; wage and hour; and employment and separation agreements. Academically distinguished applicants who have excellent writing and analytical skills and high attention to detail are sought to assume responsibility in this diverse practice.
