Wiley Rein LLP currently seeks an experienced employment attorney to join our Employment practice. This role will work directly with the practice leader on a variety of employment and non-employment issues, such as general business strategy and legal compliance. Qualified candidates will have at least six years’ experience in employment counseling, negotiating, and litigation. Academically distinguished candidates with experience in one or more of following areas are encouraged to apply: counseling on general employment issues (FLSA, ADA, FMLA, discrimination); noncompetition and trade secrets; wage and hour; and employment and separation agreements. Experience working in a nationally recognized employment and labor firm is preferred. All applicants should have excellent academic credentials and references. Please note that this is a non-partnership track position with an 1,800 billable hour requirement.
