The University Of Massachusetts School Of Law welcomes applications from entry-level and lateral candidates for a tenure-track or tenured faculty position to begin July 1, 2020. UMass Law, the Commonwealth’s only public law school, is committed to providing an excellent, affordable legal education and to improving the quality and reach of justice.
The successful candidates will likely teach Contracts in the law school’s first-year required curriculum, as well as courses in one or more of the following required or upper-level elective subjects: Property Law, Bankruptcy Law, Business Law, Environmental Law, Labor and Employment Law, Law and Technology, Secured Transactions, or Tax Law.
Law degree, a strong academic record, and demonstrated potential to produce outstanding scholarship.
Prior law teaching experience and published scholarship.
