Looking for an experienced Senior Associate candidate to focus on international trade in a growing, highly collaborative practice group.
The ideal candidate will have:
Significant experience advising on U.S. economic sanctions issues, including day-to-day counseling and enforcement matters
Experience advising on U.S. export control issues, including day-to-day counseling and enforcement matters
Experience interacting with clients
Experience interacting with agencies, including OFAC, BIS, DDTC, CBP, and DOJ
Experience advising on other international trade issues, including CFIUS and customs/imports, also a plus
Strong written and oral communication skills
