Miller & Chevalier is currently seeking a Senior Associate to join our Customs & Import Trade Practice.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in the field of customs and import trade law including on matters pertaining to: enforcement actions (penalties, CBP/ICE investigations, prior disclosures, seizures); customs compliance counseling (including tariff classification, valuation, country of origin, free trade agreements, duty drawback, AD/CVD scope matters, IPR); tariff mitigation strategies; customs audits; duty-saving programs; voluntary partnership programs (ISA/CTPAT); and customs litigation. Experience with AD/CVD proceedings before the U.S. International Trade Commission and the U.S. Department of Commerce is a plus, but is not required.
