• Represent clients in immigration law matters including but not limited to family petitions, waivers, consular processing, DACA, VAWA, U Visas, and T Visas, etc.?
• Represent BLC clients before agencies such as USCIS, EOIR, BIA, etc.?

• Write rings around other attorneys, in concise, well-researched prose?

• Manage complex and difficult cases and clients in a way that reflects our cultural values?
• Oversee and manage a team of 3 paralegals in case preparation and submission?

• Work independently, but also work alongside and collaborate with a dedicated team?
• Manage multiple deadlines and handle staff questions without breaking a sweat?
• Interact and communicate with our clients and team members from a place of compassion, while adhering to the firm’s mission, values and goals?
• Network like a boss and make contacts who might need our firm in the future?
• Be involved in the local legal community, including attending AILA & Bar functions, to rep the firm?
