The Health Industry Advisory group is seeking a 2nd-5th year Associate to join any of our U.S. offices.

2-5 years of experience working with clients in the health care industry on general corporate and regulatory matters
Experience assisting with corporate transactions in the health care industry, as well as performing regulatory analysis of transactions and arrangements
Excellent analytical and writing skills, along with a strong academic background
Must be admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you will be located
