Manage and coordinate paralegal and legal assistant team dedicated to employment-based permanent residency applications.

Work with employers and employees for preparation of applications, providing information and updates.

Maintain accurate reporting records.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum of 3 years direct experience with labor certification, immigrant petitions, employment-based adjustment of status and IV consular processing.

Skilled with immigration case management software.

Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English.

Dedication to client service.

Ability to achieve a high level of productivity while ensuring accuracy and professionalism.

Capable of prioritizing, managing time and working within defined deadlines.
