This role will have a varied and rewarding practice advising and supporting the human resources function and its initiatives, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, partnering on employee relations matters as well as overseeing investigations. The legal department of The New York Times works throughout the entire organization and partners with teams on the widest range of legal and compliance matters.
