Epiq is looking for a Fulfillment Manager for its Epiq Counsel business unit. The Fulfillment Manager plays the critical role of understanding client needs and “matching” an Epiq Counsel lawyer/legal professional with the client.

Join our first-class team and lead in the following Fulfillment responsibilities:
- Lead the process from when a client indicates they need the assistance from an Epiq Counsel lawyer or legal professional to the commencement of the engagement, starting with discussing with the client the required “hard” and “soft” skill sets the Epiq Counsel professionals must have for the engagement to be a success, goals of the engagement, and engagement mechanics, such as start date, duration, and budget.
- Source and contact Epiq Counsel legal professionals to determine whether there is a potential fit and interest on the part of the Epiq Counsel professional. Similarly, accurately describe the scope of work required of the engagement and assess whether the professional has the requisite skills.
- Facilitate discussions between the client and the Epiq Counsel lawyer(s)/legal professional(s), serving as a trusted adviser to both during the evaluation process.

Requirements of the role:
- The ideal candidate has been in the legal industry for 3-5 years, ideally practicing law for all or a portion of that time.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior success in fast-paced, high-growth organizations that required making fast decisions in unstructured environments.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills; strong attention to detail.
- Strong intellectual curiosity, EQ, judgment, and service orientation. Self-confident, resilient, and willing and able to overcome adversity and ambiguity. Takes ownership of challenges and seeks to solve them autonomously even if outside formal job responsibilities.
- Highly organized, calm under pressure and a willingness to dig into the details
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite; Microsoft SharePoint strongly preferred.
