Perform legal work and research in relation to US immigration and nationality law;
Manage client cases under the supervision of senior lawyers from initial enquiry to successful completion;
May communicate with new enquiries and as the Associate gains more experience, develop his or her own caseload;
Work with support staff on cases as needed to complete a case;
Keep up-to-date on developments in US visa and nationality law;
Participate in networking and client development activities; and
Attend conferences and contribute to the business development of the Firm.
Licensed to practice law in a US state.
High attention to detail and the ability to manage a large caseload.
Ideally, the applicant has the ability to work in the UK via a UK or Irish passport or has a UK visa that grants work authorization. UK visa sponsorship may be an option.
