Years of Experience: Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP seeks an associate to join its labor and employment practice group in the Los Angeles office. The ideal candidate will have four to six years (class of 2019-2017) of law firm experience in labor and employment. A successful candidate will be capable of running cases, communicating and negotiating with opposing counsel, arguing motions in court, and have strong analytical, research and writing skills. At the time of posting, the expected salary range for this position for full-time on-track associates is $250,000 to $370,000. Actual salary offers may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to, education, training, skill sets, licensure and certifications, practice area, experience, internal equity, and market data.
