Years of Experience: Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is seeking an experienced attorney to join its Labor and Employment team as a non-partnership track senior attorney in the Los Angeles office. An attorney in this position will be benefits-eligible and will generally have an expected billable hour goal of approximately 1200 to 1600 hours. The ideal candidate will have at least six to eight years (class of 2017-2015) of law firm experience in labor and employment. An attorney in this position will be expected to run cases, take depositions, and appear in court. Trial or arbitration experience is preferred. A successful candidate also will have strong analytical, research and writing skills. California bar membership is required.
At the time of posting, the expected salary range for this position is $152,000 to $250,000. Actual salary offers may vary based on a number of factors, including but not limited to, education, training, skill sets, licensure and certifications, practice area, experience, internal equity, and market data.
