Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting an associate to join the Product Liability & Mass Torts practice group in either our Los Angeles or San Francisco office. Attorneys in the group represent leaders in a wide variety of industries, including pharmaceutical, medical device, food, agribusiness, and automotive. Our associates receive hands-on training and experience managing discovery and going to trial on interesting and complex matters.
Our ideal candidate will have one to three years of litigation experience, including deposition and substantive brief writing experience. Product liability experience, a medical background, mass tort and/or trial experience is a plus. California bar admission is required.

The salary range for this position in our Los Angeles and San Francisco offices is $215,000 - $245,000.
Actual salary will vary and may be above or below the range based on relevant skills, training, experience and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law. The range listed is just one component of Faegre Drinker's total compensation and benefits package for associates, which includes productivity and discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.
