Overview and Responsibilities: The Paramount Global Content Distribution legal team is seeking a Senior Counsel. Clients include all of the leading international pay, free and digital broadcasters and/or platforms, such that considerable experience in understanding these businesses is key. This is a hybrid position with the expectation of attending the office (in New York, Los Angeles or London) at least two (2) days per week. No supervisory responsibilities are included. Perform business and legal affairs functions in connection with the worldwide distribution of features and episodic content, with a focus on pay TV, basic TV, free TV, SVOD and FVOD Handle all aspects of licensing matters, including advising on deal structure and strategy
