Associate Attorney
This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Attorney. The Associate Attorney will be a general practitioner for Immigration cases with an emphasis in litigation. The Associate Attorney main responsibilities are to review files, prepare clients and appear before Immigration Court and USCIS. Other responsibilities include legal research and writing comprehensive legal briefs.
