Holland & Hart has a vibrant securities & capital markets practice and is looking for a mid to senior-level associate with significant experience in debt and equity capital market deals, public and private securities offerings, joint ventures, disclosures, and SEC regulation to join its team in any of our Colorado, Utah, Idaho, or Nevada offices. Holland & Hart has a robust practice representing issuers in connection with SEC compliance and capital markets transactions.
