Bricker Graydon is currently seeking an experienced attorney(s) to join its Business Industry Group.  The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in corporate law.  Basic contract, corporate governance, tax, securities and merger and acquisition experience, a plus.  Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.  Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments.  Office location may be flexible with part-time arrangements considered.
