This position will be a member of the NCAA’s Office of Legal Affairs, providing legal guidance and support across the national office.  The role will include being the day-to-day legal liaison to several national office departments and providing counsel on a wide range of legal matters.  The ideal candidate has experience as in-house counsel or outside counsel working on matters for clients in fields of higher education, sports, or other regulated industry.   Job Responsibilities    Provide legal counsel to various departments within the national office on a wide range of legal matters, including contracts, divisional governance, regulatory compliance, business performance, health and well-being initiatives, championships, and intellectual property.
