Shook, Hardy & Bacon LLP is seeking an associate attorney with 3 – 5 years of litigation experience to join its privacy and data security litigation team in any of the Firm’s U.S. office locations.  Candidates should have experience representing companies in class action lawsuits at all stages—including significant experience with: case management, discovery, depositions, class certification, settlement/mediation, and developing case strategy. Strong research and writing skills are required. Candidates with skill sets relating to information technology, cybersecurity, digital marketing, analytics, advertising technology, and/or biometrics are preferred.
