Contracted Professionals Association Professional Standards Counsel
An attorney shall be retained on an annual basis for the purpose of providing legal services to the administration of the enforcement of the Code of Ethics and Arbitration. Normal contact with the Association shall be with the Administrative Services Director and the Chief Executive Officer. However, as matters and issues arise which demand the attention of elected officers, it is your obligation as a hired professional to communicate such matters and issues with the elected officers. RESPONSIBILITIES Be available for inquiry on enforcement procedures of the Code of Ethics and Arbitration by the CEO, Administrative Services Director, and the current President. Any other contacts require approval by the CEO or the President of the Association.
