The SMU Dedman School of Law is seeking a full-time Director of its advocacy curriculum and programs. The position is a non-tenured faculty position at the rank of Assistant, Associate or Clinical Professor, depending on the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications. The appointment is for one year, and reappointment for subsequent years is possible upon satisfactory performance. Hiring is contingent upon the satisfactory completion of a background check.  Primary responsibilities include directing Dedman Law’s Board of Advocates program and teaching advocacy-related courses each semester.
