The ideal candidate should possess 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in a major law firm, focusing on private offerings, venture capital, and transactions for emerging companies. The role demands a highly driven individual with outstanding academic skills in both verbal, written communication, and excellent interpersonal abilities. The candidate would be a resident in our Silicon Valley office. Membership to the California Bar is required.
