The Richmond office of Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP seeks an associate to join the Corporate, Securities and Government Investigations practice group of the Litigation team in a full-time, partnership-track associate position. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-3 years (class of 2023 – class of 2021) of litigation experience. Applicants with experience in complex litigation, including securities class actions, shareholder class actions, contract disputes, and government investigations are a plus. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record, exceptional analytical and writing skills, and be a true team player. Judicial clerkship is preferred. Based on experience and clerkship, we may offer clerkship bonuses and up to two years of seniority and salary credit for purposes of partnership consideration and compensation for a candidate coming to the firm directly from the clerkship.
