What You’ll Do

Lead high-stakes family law cases from start to finish, managing everything from strategy development to courtroom advocacy.
Represent clients in mediations, settlement conferences, and trials, frequently taking the lead in court.
Collaborate directly with our Senior Partners on high-profile, complex matters.
Mentor and develop junior attorneys, paralegals, and staff as part of our collegial and supportive team culture.
Assist with the firm’s growth by actively participating in business development and networking opportunities.
Who You Are
We are looking for a self-starting, ambitious, and resourceful attorney who:
Has a minimum of 5-7 years of specifically family law litigation experience and is admitted to practice in South Carolina.
Excels in developing and executing litigation strategies independently and efficiently.
Demonstrates exceptional writing, research, and oral advocacy skills, with a strong ability to simplify complex legal concepts for clients.
Possesses the emotional intelligence to work effectively with high-net-worth clients under pressure.
Embraces the challenges and rewards of taking ownership of cases and thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
