Experienced transactional attorney for our Washington, DC office to join our highly regarded Corporate practice
Qualified candidates will have at least six years’ experience handling corporate legal matters including mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, financing, corporate governance matters, and other business transactions
Dynamic but small practice offers ability to gain significant responsibility in a collaborative team environment

Non-partnership track position with an 1,800 billable hour requirement
The base salary for this position is expected to be between $225,000 to $350,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law
