Food & Drug Special Counsel

• Experienced attorney with at least 8 to 10 years’ experience with FDA-regulated products to join our highly regarded Product Regulation practice. 
• Qualified candidates will have experience in the FDA regulation of food, drug, and medical devices, including counseling clients regarding the FDA regulatory system for review and authorization, how to respond to enforcement actions, and strategies for submissions of comment on proposed rulemaking. 
• Dynamic but small practice offers ability to gain significant responsibility in a collaborative team environment
• All applicants should have excellent academic credentials and references
• The base salary for this position is expected to be between $225,000 to $350,000 annually. Actual salary will be determined based on skills, experience (to the extent relevant) and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable law
