Hunton Andrews Kurth seeks a Finance Associate to join its business finance & healthcare practice group in a full-time, partnership-track associate position. Candidates will have at least 4 to 6 years of finance experience, which includes a variety of finance transactions, with an emphasis on Article 9 of the UCC, syndicated lending transactions and middle market lending transactions. Experience representing both lenders and borrowers in workouts is also useful. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic record; exceptional analytical, organizational, and writing skills; experience leading transactional documentation and closings; and be a true team player.
