The Real Property Practice Group of Davis Wright Tremaine LLP seeks a transactional real estate associate attorney.  The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years’ experience with commercial real estate transactions, such as acquisitions and sales, dispositions, commercial leasing, real property secured financing, real estate joint ventures and land development projects.  Demonstrated experience or a strong interest in lender-side real estate financing is preferred.
