Mid-Level Litigation Associate  Mid-level associate to join Wiley’s Litigation practice in our Washington, D.C office. Candidates should have three to five years of litigation experience, including drafting pleadings and motions, preparing and responding to discovery requests, second-chairing depositions or witness interviews, conducting legal research, and participating in and ideally managing document collection and review efforts.  Associate will work on a variety of commercial and regulatory matters for a nationwide mix of clients, in a warm and supportive firm environment.  Associate will interact di
