The attorney will provide direct representation in humanitarian and family-based immigration matters—including VAWA, U-visas, T-visas, SIJS, asylum, waivers, and removal defense—before USCIS, EOIR, and related agencies. Responsibilities include managing a diverse caseload, preparing filings, conducting trauma-informed client interviews, coordinating with support staff, and participating in community-based outreach. Candidates must demonstrate strong writing, cultural humility, a commitment to immigrant justice, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Salary is negotiable and commensurate with experience.
