Position Summary Assists with legal research providing legal counsel and guidance in ordinary and special business activities and operations, insurance claims and litigation, and/or any other areas of the Law Division as directed or requested, to ensure maximum protection of ERIE’s legal rights and maintenance of operations and activities within the limits prescribed by law.  Performs legal research, prepares written memoranda, and provides general legal support at the request or direction of other Counsel within the Law Division to assist in ensuring maximum protection of ERIE’s legal rights and maintenance of operations and activities within the limits prescribed by law.
