The Firm also seeks a Mandarin-speaking Litigation Fellow for its Asian American Litigation and Finance Practice Group in Palo Alto, CA to start immediately. Fellows will focus on representing plaintiffs in individual and class action employment discrimination matters. In addition, Fellows will assist the Firm’s world-class team of attorneys on a range of high-stakes, sexual assault cases, Title IX lawsuits, qui tam and whistleblower matters, wage and hour actions, and financial services cases.
