Bricker Graydon LLP is currently seeking an experienced attorney (10+ yrs) to join its Energy & Environmental Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have first-chair experience with both governmental administrative hearings of all kinds and litigation, more specifically.  Other expertise should include experience with regulatory and compliance advising, and interpreting and advising administrative rules impacting the energy and environmental industries.  A candidate with working knowledge of the Ohio EPA, the PUCO, and ODNR, a plus.  Admission to the Ohio Bar is required. Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills, a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently
